Accommodation

Owners Aft Cabin:

• Very large fore and aft double bed in cabin that extends the full width of boat, Air flow topper, large under bunk storage bins and access to fuel tank, access to engine and engine seacock, aft access to steering gear and battery charger
• 2 hanging lockers to port and starboard, vanity unit to port, similar unit on starboard side for storage, seat with stowage under
• 240 volt sockets, heater outlets
• En suite access to aft heads
• Opening overhead hatch to cockpit which serves as escape hatch, opening portlight, reading lights
• Large Storage Bins under bunks

Mechanical and Rigging

Mechanical:

Volvo Penta D2-40 (39hp) coupled to a 130S saildrive fitted with a 3 blade LH propeller. This was installed in 2016 (replacing the original Volvo MD 2040S). As of June 2025 the new engine had run 748 hours. It has been serviced annually by Ocean Marine (Volvo agents), last service Dec 2024, last saildrive / diaphragm service 2023.

The installation included an upgraded fuel pre filter. The engine unit also houses an automatic fire extinguisher, calorifier, s/s waterlock / muffler and engine start up blower

Both domestic and starter battery banks are located just aft of engine room beneath aft cabin bunks

Access to engine is via hinged panel in aft cabin (as shown) and by removal of companion way ladder (to front end of engine)

Fuel tank - 182 litres
Water tank - 300 litres
Holding tank - 70 litres

Rig:

• Selden silver anodised, double spreader mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging (last replaced 2020). Mast top VHF Windex aerial, navigation and anchor lights, steaming and deck flood lights, port and starboard flag halyards, radar reflector
• Kemp Furlex headsail furling system, reefing line back to cockpit
• Harken cruising chute furler, reefing line back to cockpit
• Arun Mainsail and cross cut Genoa with foam luff and uv strip, sacrificial UV strip replaced 2023, One Sails Cruising Chute (new 2019). Mainsail equiped with single line reefing system with 3 rows deep slab reefing points and lazyjacks, all halyards, control and reefing lines lead back to cockpit
• Lewmar mainsail traveller located forward of sprayhood and Lewmar genoa travellers to port and starboard side decks, all adjustable from cockpit
• Blue 2 piece mainsail cover

• GRP hull and superstructure with gloss white gelcoat finish. Moulded non slip finish to deck areas. Integral bathing platform accessed via folding helmsman seat which releases s/s swim ladder
• Shoal keel
• Sleipner SE80 bow thruster.
• Chain locker holding 50metres 8mm Maggi Catene Aqua 7 calibrated chain, swivel connection to 35lb plough anchor and Lofans Royal manual windlass. s/s stemhead fitting with bow rollers
• Hull antifouled with Coppercoat from 2000, last full recoat was in 2016 and in 2025 still performing well
• s/s pulpit and pushpit with gate. All round s/s guard wires with gates on both sides
• s/s aft gantry supporting raytheon radome, AIS aerials, GPS antenna , TV aerial and 2 x 50w solar panels (new 2023)
• Fairleads for cruising chute furler and genoa furler control lines back to cockpit
• 6 x s/s mooring cleats with fairleads, s/s stern mounted cleats for dinghy mooring
• Full length 25mm high tenacity polyester safety lines, pushpit mounted horseshoe lifebuoy
• Pushpit mounted Suzuki 2.5hp outboard (new 2020)
• Bilge pump outlets, outlet for Eberspacher exhaust, engine blower, engine exhaust, holding tank vent, deck discharge and rinse and fresh water tank vents. Fuel and water tank fillers. 2 x Dorade vents, 2 sets inlet / outlet seacocks serving heads, 3 seacocks serving showers and galley sinks
• Lewmar Ocean hatches to saloon, forward cabin, aft cabin and forward heads. 9 x Lewmar Old Standard portlights 5 of which can be opened
• Deck mounted mainsheet traveller and side deck mounted genoa tracks with towable cars with turning blocks, all control lines leading back to cockpit via individual clutches. Halyard organisers fitted below removable “garage” section of deck
• 2 self tailing Lewmar genoa sheet winches, 1 Lewmar winch for genoa reefing line and 2 Lewmar winches serving mainsail reefing lines, all halyards, kicker, topping lift and mainsail traveller control lines managed from cockpit
