We wanted a lot of additional equipment added (VHF, AIS, Radar, ZipWakes,...) and they managed that project very well and delivered the boat to schedule (a big thank you also to Roger, the local Raymarine expert, who worked tirelessly to get everything done). Guy talked me through the process without any pressure to use their services and I left to think about it for a few days.

I have bought three boats from Blackrock over a period of about ten years, their customer service and support is exceptional and always has been. This week however they even excelled themselves. Late one evening, with guests onboard for a 10 o clock departure the following morning, I had a total electrical supply problem to my plotter and radio.
I called Ray at home at 2030. By 2055 he had sorted out an engineer and confirmed he would be at the boat at 0730 the following morning. The engineer duly arrived armed with an array of spares and fixed the problem. We departed early!
